Casa Torote is a short walk to the beach, steps away from a fully stock supermarket, artisanal coffee shop, restaurants, bars and more. The beach is a great spot to start or finish a down-winder (it is the same beach that Baja Joe's kite school starts down-winders from). Wake up, walk to get craft coffee around the corner, enjoy breakfast with stunning views from the deck, relax, swim, snorkel, go kiting, paddling, biking, have a BBQ in the palapa, and finish the day around the fire pit, pool or hot tub! 

Casa Torote includes a two-stories main casa with 2 bedrooms and a small casita with 1 bedroom. In addition to the queen size beds in each bedroom, each house has a sofa bed. This will allow to sleep up to 6 people in beds and 2-4 additional people in sofa beds.

ABOUT THE MAIN CASA:

The main house is modern, spacious, tastefully appointed and well equipped. It has high ceilings with many windows to enjoy the views. The main floor features an open kitchen / living room area, with a half bathroom for guests. The guest bedroom is on the main floor and features a private sink and shower. The living room has a convertible bed that can comfortably fit 2 kids or 1 adult. There is a storage room in the back to keep your sports equipment safe. The main bedroom is on the second floor and is only accessible through an outdoor set of stairs. Please note that while this is an attractive feature for many, families with young children need to be aware that the upstairs and downstairs floors are not connected with an internal staircase. Guests who stay in the upstairs bedroom will wake up to a breathtaking sunrise over the ocean from your bed. 

ABOUT THE CASITA:

The casita is a studio concept with a spacious feel. Similar to the main casa, it will be minimalist in design and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The layout from north to south includes a small front deck, a living room behind wall to wall sliding doors, a kitchen with a dual purpose center island (cooking and dining), a bedroom divided by a half wall, closet, and full bathroom (no bathtub). The casita also features a small storage unit to keep equipment safe. From outside, you can access a roof deck with beautiful ocean and mountain views to enjoy the sunrise, sunset and beautiful starry nights.

COMMON AREAS:

The common areas include a beautiful palapa, a pool (4 feet deep), and hot tub. The palapa has a bar in the middle, a long cement counter top with a double sink and a large charcoal grill for BBQs, a half bathroom for guests and a changing room for when you come back from kiting. There is also a rinsing and drying area with an outdoor shower, a hose for rinsing off and a drying rack for your wetsuits and gear.
